A Note on Clinical Herbal Medicine:

Insurance companies classify herbal medicine and supplements as dietary supplements, which are an excluded benefit on all plans. Therefore, costs for Clinical Herbal Medicine consults and herbal formulas are not eligible for insurance reimbursement and are a separate out-of-pocket investment.

The "Concierge" Claims Process

We believe that paying for high-quality care should be simple, and getting reimbursed should be hands-off. We have streamlined the process to minimize your administrative burden.

Complimentary Verification

If requested, before your first visit, we offer a free verification of your benefits. We'll contact your insurer to determine your deductible, coverage percentage, and eligibility.

Payment at Time of Service

Our fees are fixed and transparent. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

We Submit the Claim for You

As a courtesy, we submit your claim directly to your insurance company immediately after your visit. You don't need to deal with "Superbills" or mailing paperwork.

Direct Reimbursement

If your plan covers your treatment, the insurance company will send the reimbursement check directly to you.

To ensure clarity, please review the following policy details:

PPO Plans

We can submit to most major PPO plans (Aetna, Cigna, United, BCBS, etc.) that offer out-of-network benefits.

Medicare & Medicaid

We are not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. We cannot submit claims to Medicare, including Medicare Part C / Advantage plans.

Reimbursement Guarantee

While we handle submission and provide clinical documentation, we cannot guarantee reimbursement amounts. Outcomes are determined by your specific plan.
